Tournament Information and Login

Attention all coaches / managers. A representative must register in person 1 hour prior to your first game at the 2007 Tournament Headquarters - Needham Sheraton Hotel, 100 Cabot Street Needham, Massachusetts 02494 at LEAST one hour prior to their first game.
NOTE: This is a change in location from past tournaments.

Registration will be open from 4 PM - 9 PM on Friday the 23rd and 7:30 AM - 11 AM on Saturday the 24th. For teams who are not playing their first game until late on Saturday you can register at the information booth at DeFazio Park after 12 PM. Please note registration will be unavailable between 11 AM and 12 PM on Saturday the 24th as we switch over from the Sheraton to DeFazio Park. Please plan accordingly and we strongly encourage all teams to register Friday night or Saturday morning at the Sheraton.

For those of you who have your first game at Medfield on Friday night a special registration booth will be setup at the Wheelock complex to register you. ONLY teams playing a Friday night game in Medfield will be allowed to register there. All other teams must register at the Sheraton.

For those of you who have their first game at 7:40 AM Saturday morning please make every attempt to register on Friday evening. If this is impossible please contact the tournament director.

You will need to bring the following to on-site registration:

• Proof of player age for all rostered players. Can be official player pass cards, birth certificates, driver licenses, or similar proof of age.
   
• Medical Release Forms. If you have mailed them to us we will have already checked you off but you should bring a copy (if you have it) just to be safe. If you have not mailed them or have new players on your roster you must bring a copy with you to registration. No player will be allowed to participate in the tournament unless they have a signed medical release form. No forms other than the Official Needham Form will be accepted. Teams that show up without the proper medical release form will be prevented from playing until the correct form is filled out. This may result in a forfeit being issued for any games missed.
   
• A copy of your final roster (including guest players). It does not need to be an official version but you should have a typed list of all your players.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL COACHES / MANAGERS
When registering you must confirm your on-site phone contact that you entered during the on-line registration. This contact will be used to communicate with your team in the event of a schedule change or other critical situations that arise. It will be up to this contact to then contact the rest of your team to alert them to the changes. This contact number should be available 24 x 7 throughout the tournament.

You must also arrange to have access to your e-mail and the internet during the tournament. All tournament hotels will have high-speed or dial-up connections available. Updates to schedules and other general changes to the tournament will be communicated via e-mail and the tournament website so access to these facilities are mandatory.

When registering be sure to fill in as much information as possible about your past participation in the tournament and your current record. This information will help us ensure that you are seeded correctly in the tournament divisions and brackets.
