Most of these hotels are within 15 highway miles of our headquarters complex at DeFazio Park in Needham and we anticipate that all fields will be within 20 minutes drive of DeFazio Park. We have negotiated very low rates at these hotels and all reservations must be made by May 1st to guarantee the rates. The hotels all have pools and offer a full range of services.

Please note that the hotels require 2 night minimums and the Marriott Hotels properties prefer a 2-night stay. Since schedules will not be published until early May you should plan on staying in the Boston area on Friday night in anticipation of early games on Saturday. All properties will bill your credit cards for one night prior to the tournament and no refunds will be issued on reservations not cancelled by May 1. You may either have each parent make a reservation separately using the Needham Invitational Memorial Day Tournament group rate or the manager may collect individual credit cards and make a master reservation. When making the reservation via the phone be sure to mention that you are attending the Needham Invitational Memorial Day Tournament so that you receive the tournament rate. You will, of course, have an option of extending your stay on Sunday night at the time of the tournament and the rate will be held for the additional night. Some hotels will offer the rate for early arrivals.
