REGISTRATION FOR THE 2010 NEEDHAM MEMORIAL DAY TOURNAMENT  AND MPS COLLEGE SHOWCASE
OPENS ON DECEMBER 1, 2009
 


Applying to the Needham Memorial Day Tournament and MPS College Showcase 

  • All registration is done online, registration ends on March 1, 2010.  All late applications will be put on a wait list for review.  Full refunds will be made to your team/club if you have paid and are not accepted.  Checks being deposited/cashed does not mean your team has been accepted.
  • If you have a username and password from last year you should use it as the registration form will be partially filled out for you.
  • In order for the Tournament Committee to evaluate your application, it is imperative that each team submits correct/complete information.
  • Please note that if a club enters multiple applications for its member teams, each team will be evaluated individually and the tournament committee will make a decision on a per team basis and NOT a club basis.
  • Acceptance notification will be sent by March 23, 2010.  All payments must be mailed to our PO Box with a copy of your teams online registration form.  The Payment envelope must be postmarked and sent to our PO Box on or before March 31, 2010 to guarantee your spot. Upon acceptance you have until the payment deadline to withdraw after that the fee is non-refundable and sanctions will be placed against your team/club for future participation in the Needham Memorial Day Tournament & MPS College Showcase.  To minimize risk it is encouraged to send payments once you have applied.
  • Registration Fees:
Cost for the Needham Memorial Day Tournament is:  $695 Per Team
Cost for the MPS College Showcase is:  $795 Per Team

  • Payments for the Needham Invitational Memorial Day Tournament and MPS College Showcase must be made either by check or money only by March 31, 2010.  Payments should be made to:

      • We also accept Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) for payment - however a 3% surcharge will be charged on all Credit Card payments to cover processing and administrative costs.
      • Medical Release Forms must be mailed to the Tournament no later than April 30, 2010.  This is to lessen Manager Check-In delays on Friday May 28, 2010.  We require our own Medical Release Forms due to our field/partner relationships.
