Due to both the Needham Memorial Day Tournament and the President’s Cup Finals running during the same weekend, May 25th – May 28th 2012. We will not accept any team who is planning to play in the President’s Cup as there qualification is still occurring after we have selected teams.
If you are an accepted team and drop out because you qualified for the President’s Cup we will not accept applications from your team and possibly your club in future years to our tournament.
Teams who drop out from our tournament after the acceptances and schedules have been published severely impede our selection and scheduling process for the tournament and for other applicants.
