Credit Card Payments can be made by logging into your account, clicking on our Tournament and click on the Application Status tab, click credit card in the drop down box and click save. You will them be able to enter in your credit card info. Please make sure to mail Medical Releases to the address below. Credit Cards do not get charged until you have been accepted.

Please see instructions on our Team Check-In page for our new 2010 Fast Lane Pass available to those teams who follow procedures. If you want to skip the long lines at the Sheraton on Friday night - please follow the instructions for Fast Lane Check-In!
Please be sure to include a copy of your application so we can accurately log your payment.

Upon acceptance you have until the payment deadline March 31, 2010 to withdraw, after that date the fee is non-refundable and sanctions will be placed against your team/club for future participation in the Needham Memorial Day Tournament & MPS College Showcase. To minimize risk it is encouraged to send payments once you have applied.
Refunds will be made to your team/club if you have paid and are not accepted. Checks being deposited/cashed does not mean you have been accepted.
