About the GPS College Showcase

In 2007, The Needham Soccer Club approached Mass Premier to partner with them in a new venture the Needham Memorial Day Tournament was undertaking, for the first time offering a College Showcase in Massachusetts.  New England is a hotbed for Colleges - in 2008 we ran our first MPS College Showcase which became an instant success with over 100 top caliber club teams and attended by 70 plus college coaches.  In 2014 we accepted over 365 GPS Showcase teams and over 180 college coaches.

2014 Information

  • Both Boys and Girls U16 and U17 age groups will play a majority of their games at Citizens Bank 16 field complex.
  • Both Boys and Girls U15 and U18/19 age groups will play their games in the Waltham - Lexington - Woburn, Mass Area.

This change will allow college coaches to view the 16 and 17 age group at one complex but still be short a distance to view the 15 and 18/19 age group.
